Value-added Services Talent Professionals prides itself on the ability to provide exceptional level of services within the recruitment profession. Some of its unique approaches include: Recognition Programme In appreciation of Talent Professionals' clients and to facilitate access to additional services, a recognition programme known as "Pro-Talent Programme" has been established. For every R5,000 spent with Talent Professionals, the client accumulates 1 point. The points will accumulate up to 1 year. Once a minimum threshold of 10 points has been reached, the client can redeem the points in one of the following ways:
Service Feedback With the use of state-of-the-art tools (AMPLIX), Talent Professionals invites clients to regularly participate in online surveys to rate various elements of its service, thereby ensuring continuously service improvements and that client expectations are met. Assessment Centre We recognise the tremendous value inherent in conducting proper psychometric testing for purposes of staff management, motivating staff members, and succession planning. For specified management positions, Talent Professionals will conduct Thomas International (PPI) tests at no additional cost following confirmation of the appointment. For executive positions, Talent Professionals will, at no additional cost to the client, take the candidate through a full assessment centre after confirmation of the appointment. Should the client opt for the assessments to be conducted prior to the recruitment decision, Talent Professionals will invoice the client for the cost of the assessment should the candidate not be employed. Service Meetings It is Talent Professionals' belief that understanding the client's business by gathering the appropriate information is essential. Talent Professionals will meet with the client every quarter to appraise progress for that period, the benefits of which would be:
Interviews on Client Side Where required, Talent Professionals will make available one of its senior officials to participate in the client's interview panel for executive candidates. This official will also assist in formatting the interview guides and provide expert advice where necessary. Access to Proserv International Services Travel Professional's holding company, through its subsidiaries, provides a myriad of professional services to the hospitality/tourism industry, thereby securing expertise in other areas needed to run a successful hospitality/tourism operation. Salary Survey/Benchmarks Talent Professionals conducts a bi-annual salary survey/benchmark for the industry. Clients are encouraged to assist with information to ensure that the study is both comprehensive and representative of the industry. No-approach of Client's Personnel Talent Professionals guarantees that it will not approach candidates already employed in the client's existing units. The only exception would be if such a transaction is discussed and approved by a representative of the client. |
